One of the best known Creepypastas is undoubtedly that of the Slenderman

WHO IS HE?

The Slenderman is a very tall and thin humanoid creature with an empty face, all white with no lines or relief. This creature with abnormally long arms that look like tentacles always wears a black suit and a red tie. Now that you know how to recognize this Slenderman you must ask yourself, "What did he do? ». 

The Slenderman is known to cause insomnia, paranoia and memory loss. He is a nefarious character whose aim is to kidnap little girls by dragging them into the woods. What is special about him is that he can teleport himself from one place to the right without being seen to move. It also cannot be filmed because it would disturb the images that capture them. However, we can still find some rare pictures that may have been taken of him. So if you start to shiver, don't be afraid. 

The Slenderman is a fictional character created in 2009 by Victor Surge. It all started with a contest on a forum called "Something Awful" where internet users were asked to make photomontages by mixing ordinary pictures with rather ghostly shapes. Victor Surge stood out with his creature the Slenderman, to whom he invented false stories and false testimonies. Today there are video games on the Slenderman such as "Slender: The Eight Pages" and films such as the horror film Slender man released in 2019. 

SLENDERMAN IN THE REAL LIFE?

According to you such stories can have such a negative impact in real life ? The answer is unfortunate yes. In 2014, two American girls, Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weir, only 12 years old, attempted to murder their friend by stabbing her with 19 stab wounds in order to prove the existence of SlenderMan.  Scary...
